Top notch agent. Could not have found any body more helpful and thorough then Barbie.She went as far as finding guyes to move me. And very helpful with all the inspections and paperwork that needed to be done. Never had to do anything like this on my own before always had a husband to take care of everything. Great job to Jones and company
I wanted to share my short but very successful story with Barbara. We met her through one of my neighbors who had just sold her unit, Barb was the purchasing Real Estate agent. We had a short conversation about the fact that I was going to be putting my condo on the market very soon, we traded business cards and went our separate ways. To fast forward, I contacted Barb when i was ready to go forward with things, we set up a meeting, worked out the details and got it listed. It was listed on a Sunday at around 2 pm, by Wednesday we had a cash offer for the full asking price,Thursday we signed the papers, there were some family dynamics she had to work around, and she did it with class and great success. Barb:I fully intended to get a note off to you last week, but just needed to take a step back from “home purchase by remote control. ”Quicken Loan’s mortgage banker, Jason Day, was great. I can’t say the same for their paper-pushing process.You made the overall experience workable and at times enjoyable. I think the building blocks of our success were:
- Your well-established network and the ability to use it to the max. Ever thought of running for mayor of Fort Myers?;
- Your energy level and unshakeable positive attitude, e.g., “tomorrow’s a new day";
- Your advocacy…some days I felt like Bryce and I were your only clients;
- The friendship we established, thus enabling us to openly vent some of our shared frustrations; and
